Sexy vs. Healthy (A WARNING)

Hey, before I share today’s message with you I just
want to remind you about The Renegade Diet.

It is Jason Ferruggia’s new book and if you enjoyed

Have you noticed that sometimes the best looking
people seem to be the most unhealthy?

No where is this more evident than in the fitness

So many “fitness pros” are over stimulated, under
nourished, uptight, anal and anxious all the time.

They are some of the most neurotic and addicted
people in the world!

Just go to your average fitness gym and observe the
group fitness instructors.

Many of them spend five or more hours a day yelling
at people and bouncing around on blocks or doing
thrusters with 7 pound dumbells.

Then they go home and eat a few pieces of lettuce,
some turkey breast and glass of white wine for dinner
then hop on the scale.

Or you can observe the character of the over bloated,
meat head, powerlifter whose face looks like its going
to burst while hes gasping for air on his way up a flight
of stairs.

This guy sucks down about three Monster energy
drinks a day, forces his body to max out on box squats
once a week and stuff his gut with Oreo cookies and
Muscle Milk… all in the name of strength.

If you want advice on becoming skinny or bloated,
these people will steer you in the right direction.

BUT, if you actually want to be healthier, enjoy more
energy and vitality… and live a long, pleasure filled

It’s really all about what YOU want and what you’re
willing to do… just choose wisely ;)
