what is this nervous system training? I&#039;ve seen Scott Abel&#039;s innervation training recently and wondered what it was. Is it the same? Could someone explain?

I always thought, that low rep + high weight = mass building. Now this article states that low weight + high rep is for muscle building. I always thought that was endurance.

		<description>I like to perform sledge hammer slams for 5 mins in a row for a muscle building-fat loss exercise. Sledge hammer slams uses almost or if not all muscles in the body while you&#039;r in control of the intensity. After you dominate the exercise performing it for 6 minutes straight. You will be able to do &quot;slam sprints&quot;(this mean increasing the speed of the movement and the strength in which you slam) for lets say 10 seconds and then do 30 seconds of &quot;normal phase slams&quot;. 4 reps of &quot;slam sprints&quot; will leave you pretty much done for the day ;) awesome exercise.
