What is
the obsession with revealing your six pack? You can’t see it under clothes. It doesn’t mean you’re strong just that you’re vain. I’d rather be strong.

I too would rather be strong, but it’s amazing how much attention I’ve attracted since getting down to 5.5% BF due to a huge change in my diet because of my digestive disorder. I have tons of females wanting me to show them my stomach and even the guys I train with ask my to lift my shirt so they can show their friends/girl friends! I still don’t know what the big deal is, but let me tell you, if I were single I’d be capitalizing on this big time lol!

6 pack abs should not be the goal but more a bi product of doing all the other things right. Diet, strength training, metabolic conditioning etc. Take a much more holistic view and you’ll achieve all your goals. I’m not sure it’s always vanity, although it can be for some, for others it’s just one piece of the puzzle.

Yeah, I want a flat stomach, but don’t care if my abs not showing. I want to be strong as opposed to just looking fit. Still, it helps to know the best way to strengthen the abs, so thanks.
