I’m with you on the chesse burger, but how does beer make you strong?
Anyway, my cheat foods are too numerous to mention in complete, but some of them are Meat Lover’s Pizza from Pizza Hut, chocolate shakes, chocolate chip cookies, and egg nog (near christmas).

I’m a brother from the United Kingdom and unfortunately we’re
classed as being part of Europe which is ironic considering we’ve
fought for centuries to avoid such a fate (I digress)
The statement that beer makes one weak is inacurate, there are
many good things about beer (not including the taste) that make it
an ideal beverage for men, it is the over consumption of beer that
is the problem! not beer it’s self.
Please understand that even drinking too much water will have an
adverse effect on your body.
Please ignore wankers like James no matter how hard that may be
as arguing with the likes of him only feeds his overblown sense of
his own importance.
James has to realise that he has an opinion but the trouble with
opinions is that they’re like assholes (everyone’s got one)

I consider it ignorant denial. Deprivation is not healthy! When you deprive, you obsess over it. I control with moderation. My workouts reflect a day of weakness as opposed to strength & vice versa…I will never claim to be perfect, how dull would that be? GOTTA LOVE A COLD ONE!!!

Hey Elliott,
You and mike shouldn’t be wasted your time on this guy, who clearly has no idea what you and mike are trying to achieve, unfortunately you get people that are narrow minded, so best thing to do is not to waste your energy on them. I can understand your frustration and anger on reading this guy comment, while you & mike are working hard on helping the average Joe reach their goals.
However my favorite cheats’ foods are chickens burgers, kebabs and fried chickens so on. The list goes on, a typical students diet.
Elliott I’ll love to purchase your program but I recently purchased Hardgainer Project X from Jeff Anderson, and haven’t started working out yet, I’m waiting for the Christmas holidays, which we get 6 weeks break from uni, so I could start working out properly furthermore can you give me some advice on how to cooperate some of your methods into the Hardgainer project x program.
