I am NOT perfect… in fact, I’ve got a TON of vices.

More than I’d like to admit.

But please tell me, did I deserved the reaction that I got from this dude?

    Okay Elliott I will honor your wishes and not attack this Nazi idiot. However, I must say that I have only had to deal with one such hata in the past 7 years. He did not have the guts to insult me face to face (wise choice) but did approach a young bodybuilder that came to me for assistance. It was nice to hear that my client was already sold on my methods, and made the gym a difficult place for this other individual to return to. Saying that, It is insulting to read such garbage that could not be further from the truth. My favorite cheat food is a cheeseburger as well (with fries). I will dabble in the sweets as well (pie and cake). No matter what, I must ensure tht the cheat meal is not all empty calories. It may keep me a little chubby at times, but strong all the time.

    Pizza any with extra cheese, burger king, kfc, dennys breakfast menu, cakes, and resse peanut butter and chocolate bars. Keep up the good work eliot

    man if this guy knew his stuff he would know it all comes down to how many calories you eat whether you want to lose or gain weight and if you’re happy with the way you look then it doesn’t matter.

    I’m with you Eliot, I love me some big cheese burgers, also Italian food: meaty pasta, lasagna, meatball or salami subs.

    my cheat food is homefried kfc southern style and chololate drinks and 70% dark chocolate
    came back from a stabbing to my liver,lung back and forarm 5 yrs ago and i have the pains of that but pain is my friend,i eat pain
    everyone i know either says nothing and looks away when i wear no shirt or they look and blush or the little shallows stare at the old ripped guy lmao

    What an asshole! Yes America is the fattest nation on earth, but many European countries don’t lack far behind.. He even puts the rest of us Europeans to shame (from Denmark) No wonder many Americans don’t like Europeans. I’ve seen your after photo, and oh my lord.. It is SICK!     I was looking at Elliots pics the other day, just to really check and see if there was any reason why someone would call him chubby.

    That’s not chubby. Chubby is where you have stuff hanging over your belt, like me. Hey, I’m working on it.

    Elliot is pretty darn lean. Maybe not shredded, but who cares. He’s bigger and leaner than before. Tha beast!

    I like the idea of this Hybrid Program. Looks like you get bigger and stronger, so chicks will dig you more, excellent. You get leaner and healthier, nice. And, you have useful muscles that can do work, and you aren’t winded walking up stairs, ch-ching. Sounds like the best of all worlds in this program. When I get some expendable cash saved up, I would like to purchase the program.

    Although cheating on your diet seems a bit strange, it does acutally maek a lot of sense. It is actually nothing new in fact. As to what you should cheat with, well thats up to each individual.

    The more enjoyablle a food is the more energy it will create. Why? Well the enjoyment factor also kicks in your metabolism. So if you cheat with foods that you still feel guilty about that metabolism boost won’t be as high.

    So cheat with foods that actually make you feel good, without the guilt. Once you understand this concept you will cheat, but with good enjoyment foods. At http://cheatyourwaythinexposed.com they outline this concept so that thoise wanting to lose weight with the Cheat Your Way Thin program have an edge.

    Cheating does make sense.

    As for the fodds I cheat with – icecream, but here in NZ the icecream is fantastic.
