The very first program that you should follow is our best selling Lean Hybrid Muscle RELOADED program. Everything else that we’ve created builds upon the foundation that you has been developed upon completion of this program.
Lean Hybrid Muscle RELOADED was created to help people in both building muscle and burning fat in the same training cycle. The days of bulking up for several months just to wind up a bigger, softer, fatter version of you are long gone.
Likewise, so is the follow up technique often called “cutting” where you attempt to shed the unwanted body fat for what seems like months on end just to wind up skinnier and weaker than when you started out.
Lean Hybrid Muscle RELOADED focuses on training that shifts your muscle fiber type into a type III muscle fiber that uses more fat for energy. When you combine this with our Hybrid Diet that involves rotating macro-nutrients you can amplify your fat burning effects.
