Hey Elliott,

I'm training with EDT style:
Monday - Back/Chest (Push-ups/Chin-ups)+Triceps/Biceps (Dips/Barbell curls)
Wednesday - Legs (Barbell Hack squats/Stiff-legged deadlifts)+Calves/Shin (Single-leg calf raises/Shin curls)
Friday - Shoulders/Abs (Cleans/Inverse crunches)+Forearms (Wrist curls/Inverse wrist curls)
This is the 3rd week of "Trial" of this workout style;)
What do u think about it?

I'm planning to increase body-weight exercise resistance by using some chains. And in the near future i would introduce some functional exercises like
sandbag loading & kegs loading;)

Hi, my name is Sergio

I am definitely water. My cardio is high and I play sports a lot. I have an alright body, but I am not content with it. I want a body like they show on tv and magazines. I think the biggest problem for me are my arms. My biceps aren't too bad (maybe because I play a lot of basketball). The real problem are my biceps. They are way too small. Does my overall size have anything to do with my arm size? I am only 5'1, about 115 ibs. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that I'm looking for a workout program that makes you bigger. Most workouts that I've come across are meant for people that are looking to lose weight. I don't want that! I want to gain muscle. Besides, I'm already skinny. I've recently completed P90X and Insanity and I got good results. But like I said before, I want more! Another thing: I like working out my abs the most and I understand you aren't supposed to overwork them. I'm trying to make them more noticeable. Right now I have a six pack (at least I think I do). However, I am trying to get an eight pack. Please help!

P.S- Sorry if I'm asking for too much.

I love the workouts, the flexibility, and above all the results. I have been going at it for about 2 months now and I am seeing strength and endurance at 41 I did not have at 31 and lifting every day. Keep up the good work.

awesome video, im only 16 atm and im looking at joining the special forces when i leave school. I know to join you will have to be as strong as 10 tigers and have heaps of edurance (i don't know any metaphors for endurance lol).
and i was wandering if my workout would help me reach this goal
my workout consists of

Monday - strength, Front squats, DB benchpress, weighted Pullups, pushpress and DB curl (3 sets of 5 - 7 reps for each exercise, 60 sec rest) i cnt do back sqauts because i dnt have a squat rack as of yet)

Tuesday - explosiveness + cardio, plyo pushups, jump squats, accelerated Bulgarian split squats, 30 - 40minute low intencity run

Wednesday - same as Monday

Thursday - same as Tuesday

Friday - endurance - Front squats, DB benchpress, BB overhand row, pushpress and DB curl (3 sets of 10 - 12 reps for each exercise, 30 sec rest)

Saturday - rest
Sunday - rest

i would appreciate any feedback on my workout

thankyou :]

I'd much rather be a small fit guy with unpredictable strength, so I fall under the fire training category. I'll use water training for my deload weeks on occasion, but I've combined all aspects together in one workout. For instance, 3 sets of 10 reps on the bench. followed by 5 sets of 1 really gives me a burn while maintaining strength. I'm 5'9" 205 lbs. with a good 20-30 lbs. (all belly fat) to lose before seeing any abs, so incorporating more water training aspect would be ideal for my goals.

I would put myself at about a 4 on the hybrid spectrum. For the last year or two I have been training almost exclusively with high intensity, low reps, and high rest in an effort to increase my relative strength. I figured that if I can get stronger without all the "fluff", it will benefit me more. I have experienced tremendous results, gaining about 5 pounds in that last year (to 160, at 5'6"), but increasing all of my major lifts by 50-100lbs, not to mention a significant increase in my athletic ability. Unfortunately as my body has found out, this type of training is difficult to maintain. I have had several injuries that have manifested themselves during football or basketball, which i suspect are due to the high intensity training. Anyway, I am realizing that regardless of my results, my training needs more variation and the hybrid program looks like a perfect fit! Quick question: on day two, how many reps do you think I should aim for? 10-15? Or does it just depend on what my goals are? (explosiveness)

Thanks, this stuff is awesome,
Brian

I'm a begginer, about a year doing a 3xweek basic routine. I feel prepared to start tomorrow following your tips, and start a true change.

I've decided to comment just for buck up your good job. Thanks.
