Yesterday we sent an email out about Roman’s Final Phase Fat Loss program and got bombarded with questions.
The best way to get them all answered was to get John “Roman” Romaniello on the phone for an exclusive interview.
Roman is a true Hybrid Warrior. How can we say that?
Just like us he wanted to keep his muscle, stay strong, and break through a fat loss plateau. He did this by creating a hybrid routine utilizing different training philosophies including; Dyamic Training, Lactic Acid Training, Density Training (big fan) and Strength Based Training.
Wait a minute isn’t he a fitness model?
Correction, he’s a POWER-model. It’s a new word I made up to describe a guy that looks good enough to get paid for it, yet can deadlift over 600 pounds for reps.
So give the models a break. Besides, Roman’ has got a thick neck, and big wrists and busted his butt off to get in the shape he’s in.
Not only does Roman believe in hybrid cardio (he calls it Metabolic Resistance Training but it’s the same thing), but he is an expert when it comes to hormone manipulation for fat loss.
