Under Recent Posts, Uncategorized

**** WIN a “Lean Hybrid Muscle” Scholarship ****

How does the contest work?

Real simple… we’ve provided a sample Hybrid Workout in the video above… you can also see it here:

1a. Barbell Back Squats x 5
1b. DB overhead Walking Lunges x 20 steps
1c. Chin Ups x 10
1d. Jumping Burpees x 10

No rest between exercises, Take 3-5 mins rest after the circuit and complete 3-5 rounds.

All you have to do is answer the following question.

What would you say to a friend if you had to recommend this lean hybrid muscle workout to them?

How do I enter?

There are two ways to enter.

1. You can leave your entry in the comments field at the bottom of this post… just down below!

2. Or if you don’t want everyone to see your entry you can email it to us directly.

As far as we know, nobody in the “fitness world” has ever actually asked people to email them directly.

We’re not sure why, really.  Seems to us that if you help people and show that you’re “for real”, they’ll be more likely to do business with you.

Anyway – here’s where you can reach us to submit your entry if you don’t want to leave a comment on the blog.

==> leanhybridmuscle at gmail.com

When is my entry due?

You’ve got until Monday November 9th (3 days from now) to submit your entry… then on Monday at 1pm EST, we will be reading ALL of your entries and choosing 1 as the Grand Prize Winner!

How long should my entry be?

It needs to be a minimum of 115 words but we’re not looking for length, we’re
looking for sincerity and motivation.  Basically the person who convinces us that they would make the best use of this opportunity.

What do I get?

A copy of our Lean Hybrid Muscle training system along with an exclusive video coaching scholarship with Mike and Elliott.

Talk soon,

Mike and Elliott

After playing with my grand-babies, with whom I Love to play with, I got very winded and tired. Then and there I knew that I Had To get back in shape so that I could play with them for a lot of more years. Being 45, and not working out for many, many years I know that this will not be easy. More so, after having lower back surgery 6 years ago. The pain scares me, but, they motivate me. I Love Them Way Too Much to give in to pain and “Old Age”. Thank-You for all of your help.

We’ve got guys well into their 60’s kicking butt like this at my gym.

Hybrid training; Its simple, brutal, masculine and keeps you engaged. Basically, it is what you need to become tough and fit, strip the jelly and build the rock.
Personally I have been doing something similar with Kettlebells for about 2 months now. 19% body fat down to just under 10%, IT WORKS!

if you want to develop raw strength, power and endurance at the same time, then this workout will definitely serve for that purpose, if you are serious about this, then this workout would be killer for that,
I mean why waste time doing all of these elements separate and get half the results , and In in 3 times as much time, when you can do that all in one workout!
this type of training is what really separates the normal looking guys, from those chiseled, powerful looking manly men,
so its time to do some hybrid training if you want to stop being nobody, and gain the respect and admiration you deserve because these workouts are not easy, but fun as hell, and hard work does pay off BIG TIME!

I would say to them, this is not rocket science, its not any of your futuristic fads that promise a 6 pack in 4 weeks, this program from what i have seen is based around hard, hard work that will bring results. There are no real secrets in their, just good old fashioned sweat and tears. The mixing up of strength and toning type programs makes perfect sense, the only thing i would say is that you need to be serious as its not going to be pleasent, although it will i have no doubt work wonders.

“What would you say to a friend if you had to recommend this lean hybrid muscle workout to them?”

Hey dude wats up? Have you seen my body improvements? Well it was actually this lean hybrid muscle workout I’ve been doing for a while now. If you want to get my same results, I really recommend this program because, first of all, you don’t need to do ANY cardio at all, which I know you hate, because this workout will make your heart pound harder than that of Lance Armstrong. Second, if you really want to be strong, you need to do exercises that involve your whole body and you could do any time. You are not going to bench press a sofa or squat a box full of decorations are you? You need real strength built the real way, with real day to day objects. Besides that, you are not going to starve because you need the food, clean of course, to fuel you through your workouts. These workouts are going to burn fat because your heart is pounding, and is going to stimulate your muscle to grow, so next time you eat, you will repair muscle instead of feeding the fat. Dude you should really try this workout, and I’m sure you will not get bored because there are a plethora of exercises that involve your whole body. Oh, I hope you are a masochist like I am because you are going to LOVE lean hybrid muscle program. See you later dude, and I hope you get as many ladies as I do…

Being 31 years old and a father of five is a very big job along with working my regular 40 hours. I decided this past year I wanted to do Highland Games. I hadn’t been in the gym since high school and currently weigh in about 320. I started using the exercises that Strength Camp posted to YouTube and its totally changed my approach. I no longer “work-out” I Train 3 days a week and go at it as hard as my body will let me. I have dropped about 30 lbs this year and I feel great. Lean Hybrid Muscle Training works! If you work the program I have no doubts that it will work you. I competed in 8 Highland Games this year and I owe that to the training program I am doing.

Am I on steroids?? Ha! Who needs steroids when you have Lean Hybrid Muscle Training. That’s what I used making me look “jacked” and “ripped” at the same time. I know, I know….you don’t believe me. Let me show you the proof. (showing the manual, e-book, etc) Look at the science behind the product. Read here where it’s all laid out how our muscles work, and how I did…and you can get them to turn into those type III super muscles. Look at all the transformations that have taken place (showing pictures of success stories) with this program. Dude! Trust me…this is the real deal, and the only thing I used to get me looking as good as I do…you gotta give it a try!

This is truly hybrid!! What we have here is a total body-workout, including cardio. Squats work almost the entire body, even abs if one contracts them; lower back, glutes, quads, hams, calves, anterior tibialis.
The addition of overhead dumbell holds, while performing walking lunges is a true challenge. Again lower body is worked, cardio/pulmonary system is innervated, and delts are worked heavily. A powerful exercise, not for the faint-hearted.
Chin-ups are a classic! The wider the grip, the more the lats are worked; also, rhomboids, teres major and minor, and, as a bonus the biceps.
Burpees are tough; no denying it, but great to stimulate the abs, glutes, a full body stretch, and again, more cardio!
Nuff said!!

Damn man, this work out is pretty good as it doesn’t only focus on single body parts, low reps or high reps or even any difficult exercises. Its got a mix of everything actually. It’s filled with compound exercises meaning more than 1 body part is worked for the exercise. Low reps and high reps are done to allow both muscle fiber types to get worked. Definitely a heart rate rising workout. But best of all, it’s simple… maybe too simple.

Squats and chin ups are old stand bys, but incorporting a few new moves into the “supersets” and suddenly you feel better the first day you leave the gym…you just know this works!

Took this by the dojo tonight for a trial run with some others beasts I know. I gotta say, this is a damn fine workout in itself. I’ve been stressing to my guys that strongman was the way for them to destroy ANY competition (in the cage, ring, street or gym), but after we went through this, I’m sold on Lean Hybrid Muscle training as the key to a all around balance of strength, conditioning and real world strength. Even if I don’t win the contest, I know what I want for Christmas this year! I’ve been exposed to Elliot’s thoughts on fitness before and I have always thought he was ahead of the pack, but he and Mike have outdone themselves with this. I have only been able to get bulky by doing power lifting. I love to power lift, but I was tired of being chubby. Using the hybrid workout, I was able to still be strong from power lifting, but I was also able to get really defined. I am very happy how I look now. I receive many compliments. Not only did I look good, but I feel great too. I have amazing stamina, and just feel great all the time. All thanks to the phenomenal hybrid workout. It works not doubt about it!

I would say to a friend that this type of training is the most legit intense workouts anyone could do. It’s been around since man was created and humans are meant to perform these types of movements. Some are basic and some are more complex but everybody should be training with the LHM philosophy in mind. I would have my friend go through a training session with me and have them evaluate it after we’ve completed it. I would also recommend your site to them in case they had any questions. The professionalism of this site makes we tell more and more people about this alternative training. Finally I would have my friend do some training is each of the 4 areas of LHM mentioned in the videos. The strength, muscle building, strongman and conditioning. I’m so thankful that there are people out their pushing the envelope and wanting to find more effective ways of building muscle and shedding fat!!! Congrats on your website and I look forward to more content.

hi, i have been following the hybrid muscle program from regular updates received from the site and have found it to be unique and result oriented. just tried the sample workout and realized it targets the larger muscle group with compound exercises with emphasis on core muscle strengthening. most guys and girls can squat or bench press. everybody does. i see it in the gym every day and they are generally in the same shape they started. try this baby and you will know what it is means when they say `you are only as strong as the weakest muscle’. this kind of training build the real strength that i would need in the real world, not just biceps. try it…….its amazing.

Lean Hybrid Muscle brings the results, and with the results come a whole lot of positive change to your life. Physique transformation is the number one bonus. Instead of slogging away doing shit that doesn’t get you anywhere, this is a little something that gives you the body of your dreams and the functional ability to make you walk the talk. And then again, it isn’t just about the training and the tangible results. Sometimes the best results are the ones you can’t see or feel. Lean Hybrid Muscle is about a mental commitment to making yourself better; it is about pushing your body to the limit and then being rewarded for it with a tougher mind and a tougher physique. It is about pushing aside the people who tell you it cannot be done, the people who say you cannot build muscle, burn fat and get kick-ass strong all the same time, the people who are scared of a little pain and want to pull you down as well. Do you want to keep being trapped in a circle of losers or do you want something better? Well if your answer is yes… I’ll see you on the other side. * Tough face *

I have been weight training for almost 20 years and believe me I have tried it all. Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Cardio. Everything I did I either felt like I was getting bigger or leaner but never both at the same time. Hybrid muscle training is the only thing I’ve tried that gives me the benefits of both. I can see my muscles getting bigger and more defined on this type of training. You have to try this.

This is truly an awesome PROGRAM! I’m a fourteen year old and all my friends and I are looking for ways to get stronger and fitter. Though, the only thing that stops us is the fact that we might become shorter and it’s gonna slow us down in terms of speed cause we are going to get SOO much fat in our body. After reading and watching your videos, it truly surprised me. Not only does your program allow HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES like my friends and I to get stronger, but there are practically no side-effect on it!

Basically, to my friends, I’m just going to tell them that this program is designed for people of all ages. High school students like us who are trying to pack on some muscles to show-off and impress the girls aren’t going to get huge fat body mass that going to make us slow. Hybrid Muscle trainning Program is an effective way to gain healthy and lean muscles that will help us through our first year in High School !

I would tell my friend that this sort of training routine will do way more than any “cardio” routine he might be following. For the past six months, I have been doing the same sort of H.I.T. routines myself and lost two inches around my waist, lowered my BF% from 19% to 14%, and added 1/2 inch each to my chest and arms.
Not only that, but it’s saves a ton of time! One gets the benefits of high heart rate exercise plus muscle building weight training. H.I.T. has helped lower my blood pressure as well.
There are just a ton of reasons to follow this type of workout! Save time while getting the cardiovascular benefits, lose fat, and gain muscle. It’s called a no-brainer, folks.

Its like you were always with me when i was deep into my dreams when i saw myself a huge and quit fit, but not only dreaming about it, i always wanted to be what i came to realize you guys can make one to be. It is not a matter of what i could tell to a friend about lean hybrid workout, but that i have already introduced to a best friend of mine whom we happened to fall under the same category of guys who always have longed and even tried different simple and the available ways of making our selves fit but all in vain. In fact on my side have tried a lot more different ways of expanding my muscles for almost two and half years but if you could look at me, its like what am saying will even bore you. And then it was this one time when i came across your site i think luckily, thats when i started being in touch with you guys its only that am far in Kenya from you. I could always go to the net and my fellow students in college would think am crazy spending not less that 4hrs viewing your videos, but i definitely bought non of their non-sense, i knew and always now that your items really help me to be what i always wanted to be. Hi!my name is Ionica,I am 27 years old man and I live in Romania. All the time I am searching the best method for workout and for building massive muscle mass and I am sure the ¨LEAN HYBRID MUSCLE BUILDING ‘ is very effective .what whould I say to a friend about this workout!!??
Mmm.if he want regular result in the gym just like the most of the people (5pounds per year),this workout is not for him,if he is a laisy personn who goes to the gym just for fun ans see some girls ,this workout is not for him.
I do sport for 6-7 years and and I know for sure ,if somebody want to change completely his body ,he must to do very tough workout .and “LEAN HYBRID MUSCLE BUILDING“ is not just tough. is very scientific thinked.
All the exercise are compound exercise who work all the body muscles wich increase the hormons levels for building mass ,strenght and lose fat.
And because the exercises are made in a circuit ,this increase a lot the heart rate and you will build muscles and will lose fat in the same time.
If you want to achieve a superhero body in the shortest time possible ´´LEAN HYBRID MUSCLE BUILDING´´ is the best choice. But if you are a laisy guy ,this workout is not for you. This is for real men.

Hello

I’m a father of two, work full time in my own counseling practice. I love helping others and I specialize in providing counseling for families and children. I work long hours, into the evening at least 3 days per week. With my counseling and kids, I struggle with remaining consistent regarding my fitness. I’m 40 with a family history of high blood pressure and high cholesterol. And, yes, I’m managing these also. Strong history in my family of heard disease. I work hard and want to be around for my family and the kids that I help. It been harder to keep the weight in check. I need something efficient and somethng I can do at home. I’m up by 5:30 and sometimes home by 9:30 in the evening. I hope this can help. The routine above was intense and efficient.

I would ask a series of questions:

1. What are you goals related to your health and fitness?

2. How has what you’ve done in the past (so far) brought you towards reaching your goals?

(If their effort has worked) – How much effort are you putting into reaching your goals? Do you think you will always have “X” numbers of hours to train for the rest of your lift? (This is assuming an individual is either a genetically gifted lean person or he/she uses a bodybuilder type scheme, spending hours upon hours in the gym on a daily basis)

(If their effort hasn’t worked) – What reason do you think you haven’t reached your goals? Do you think it is your fault because of who you are or because of the methods you are chosen?

FINALE: Regardless of what you did or didn’t do in the past, Hybrid Muscle Training is the best way to train for your health goals for one simple reason: RESULTS. Whether it is to gain muscle, lose fat, cardiovascular fitness, stress reduction, overall health, this type of training works quickly. It sells itself. The only question for you is whether you really want these goals and if you are motivated enough to do it. What do you say?

The science( muscle fiber 1,2, and the one that determines real strenght #3), real life strenght, how to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, and how to last longer in my work outs. Any ways I try it out and after 3 weeks I saw that it really works. I feel more stronger and saw that I can last a little bit longer in my workouts. I am 42 years old with an 18 yr. old daughter, a soon to be 3 yr old and another…girl due at the end of January. I am in sales for a technology compnay that sends me to the Caribbean and Central America 2 weeks a month.
I palyed linebacker in university and now weigh 250 and stand 5′10″. I have tried all different kinds of workouts, protien, creatine, fat burners…to no avail. I find the best way to drop weight, for me, is to run. It worked for me for 30 years to drop weight when I needed. I have never been a slim guy and have tried to manage my weight since I was 10.
I have had both my hips replaced through a procedure called a Birmingham – they dont remove any of the femur in this procedure. It has been 1 yr since my last operation and the mobility has started to return and I can run/walk for 20 mins. I have put on 25 lbs over the 2 1/2 years of operations and rehab.
I need to lose about 30-40 lbs and I love the sounds of this program. I would love to be your poster boy for success!!

Hello
I hope that this in some way or another encourages someone to my the right choice. I have loved to bodybuild ever since I was 13 yrs old. But up until now, I havent had a real important desire to stay in the game. I have been married 3 yrs and I have a 11 yr old son now who really looks up to me and he tries to do everything I do. So this revelation has made me take notice. I need to live as long as God wants me here to provide and protect my family. One of the only ways to do this, is to stay healthy, eat right, and live right.Exercise,exercise,exercise. “I’d rather pay now, than have to pay later”, because later will cost me more if I get sick and cant take care of my family or myself. I going to better myself so that I can be a role model for my son, who wont have to look outside his family for one, like me. I’m still looking for that male role model. But I realize now that I am being trained to be all that I wanted in a role model for the next generation, (my son) and who ever else God wants me to mentor. There are no more real mentors in America, because if there were, we wouldnt see our young men out here dying, everyday, spiritually, and physically. We need some real men to stand up and be real men, and stop thinking its all about Money. Give the gift or talent you have to someone freely, because God gave it to you freely. Its not yours to sell.
God bless

This form of training is beneficial in many ways: Its a cardio push, a muscle building pump and fat burning engine. The combination of power moves with body weight exercises will help everyone acheive goals. Personally I’m a traditional “lean gainer” over a month ago I weighed in at 160 lbs, at 6 foot 2, thats very ripped with a 8% body fat. After using techniques similar to the Hybrid techniques here I weigh in at 170lbs and have maintained the 8% body fat. Look i have been training for about 3 years and every year i do the same things-bulk and cut, bulk and cut and …i go crazy…it’s so annoying. In Novembers and Decembers i follow a training routine for strength, then 7 months for definition and overall size and guess what-cut 2 months.Diet+hard training+supplements=success.Yes it’s true BUT have you ever thought of some other training methods.Of course you have- crossfit, strong men.All of these routines are really powerful and can bring tremendous results in all 3 aspects you want-strength,massive muscles and definition.Mate just tell me did u beat your father in arm wrestling yesterday,or lifted some really heavy things and didn’t wear out.I know you didn’t and do you know why-it’s because you lack a functional strength.BUT i found a way to be in top form while you burn fat and build muscle in the same time and it’s called HYBRID MUSCLE TRAINING.The way our ancestors trained.Spartans put that way of training in their preparations for the fights.Man it’s a great way of training and really WORKS i tried it.That’s the only way of building muscle and burning fat at the same time without monitoring strictly your calorie intake. Now you don’t have to look around for some fancy new exclusive ways of training with all that bullshit and fake information which will bring no results and may even damage your health.See man if you want to look like a pro then train like a pro with pro training programs-THE LHM Muscle-building is here!Give it a try,you won’t regret!

I am a single father of 3 (boy 8, girl 4 and boy 14 months). Time is precious to me. I have really let myself go over the last 12 months (no excuses) and I’m not proud of it – but I truly believe I have found the product that will answer my prayers. I have started training programs previously, only to have them clash with the needs of my children. The lean hybrid muscle workout has opened another door for me. It is a fantastically simple but intense and super effective system that will not only get me to where I want to be, but allow me to spend quality time with my kids – whilst having fun at the same time – you just can’t lose. I can use basic equipment in my backyard and the best part – my kids workout with me. Even the young one, who sees us working out then runs and jumps, lifting what he can and throwing it – incredible to see. It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are or what you want to achieve – this program is for everyone. My goal is not a models physique, but I do want to be fit, healthy, strong and lean and the type of role model to my kids that I want to be and the LHM system will help me achieve that. It’s not going to be easy, but with dedication, determination and good honest hard work, combined with this training tool – I know I will succeed.
Look, I could go on and on about how great the LHM workouts are, but frankly, the results speak for themselves. This system has saved me and saved my family. Go and check out the website, it is backed by two professionals dedicated to the pursuit of strongman training and conditioning – they are not claiming that it is the only way to go but LHM workouts are super effective for fat loss and building super hero strength. So why don’t you come round tomorrow and workout with me and my strength tribe? What have you got to lose? A few kilos and look what you would gain in the process – brute strength and lean hybrid muscle.

so i would tell my athletes my clients that while the same routine can still work if moved and progressed correctly with changes in volume and intensity this program lives up to the name of hybrid. training in the manner of always fooling with your muscles and making them increase not only in lean musle but also work capacity which is the key to creating better atheltes

I can NOT be more blatant about this method of working out – It’s taken what you and I both know about conventional training and compound movements, and re-invented it so that “the basics” feels like “advanced” techniques! Don’t you agree that when you do something that your body is not used to, it’s going to have to adapt..and the only way it knows how to adapt is to grow bigger, stronger, harder, faster!!

Hey Guys,

I just came across the contest and I’m actually on my way to work, but couldn’t resist!!! lol ;-)
Being a Personal Training in the British Army, I’m constantly trying out new types of training, not only to keep on the forefront of what is happening, but to give my soldiers the best workout that’s out there. I need fit, tough, strong lean fighting machines and lets face it, you are making my job a whole lot easier!!! Although alot of your excercises are already incorporated into the training I deliver, it is how, why and when you do it and man I am very excited about lean hybrid muscle.
I tried out your mini circuit on some of my soldiers under training and although tough (when you give it a 100%), they found it challenging and enjoyable! We are after all warriors at heart, whether in the office or overseas fighting a war!!
No more boring bulking and cutting phases. No more needing to sacrifice the one for the other, NO MORE EXCUSES!

Thanks guys, you’ve changed my world!!!!

This program is like nothing out there on the market. Yes, I want to look good and I know this system can do that for me, but I also want to be functionally strong, which is what separates this program from the rest. A lot of workout plans can get you ripped, but this one is not only going to get you ripped and big but also give you real strength and your body will function like never before. These workouts are designed for optimal results.

The workout is tough; good old fashion tried and tested squats and chin ups, walking lunges with overhead dumbbells (this exercise not only works the legs but the core too), and for whatever energy you think you have left it’s burpees time with a jump just to mix it up and make sure you are dead by the end of each round.

I have been lifting weights for years seeing only limited results. I believe this program will get me out of the rut I am in and push me through my plateau and even way past what I think I can do. Thanks for the contest and giving us an opportunity to win a copy of your Lean Hybrid Muscle training system.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if you could tell me the name of the song playing during the video. I remember hearing it during Alex Maroko’s TAQ Television episodes. That song is bad ass and I only seem to hear it whenever a bad ass program is created, i.e. TAQ and LHM. And now that I think about it, did he use that very same gym you’re standing in and where is it by the way?

To give a straight and an honest answer, this is no bullshit. The workout is damn effective. I am in India and when I was doing this workout people looked at me and we laughing, the things that I was doing was alein for them, but only after 2 weeks of following the workout, i could see the changes and so did the people in the gym. I have already lost 3% of body weight in 2 weeks without any dieting. Works well for me and if performed properly with work well for others as well.

What would you say to a friend if you had to recommend this lean hybrid muscle workout to them?

Dave I have a question for you buddy?

Sure go a head brother (Lets Call Him John), What’s the question?

Well Dave, I am look for a different way to work out and I really don’t know where to start. I hit the gym and I am not really getting anywhere soon.

Johny Boy, you actually asked me this question at the right time.

You know how I have been in my life with ups and downs. I have been over weight to the point where I couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs and I have been to the point in my life where I would stay at the gym for at least 2 hours to get in a solid workout. Now my life has changed and I see training in a whole different aspect. Searching the web and following The Underground Strength Coach website I ran in to this Crazy but Simple program called The Lean Hybrid Muscle Workout. Now John I have to warn you that this workout is no joke. I don’t want to scare you brother but you know I am not going to BS you and tell something is going to work and when it really doesn’t.

Dave, Keep going I am intrigued and I want to find out more.

Alright John but don’t say I didn’t warn you. This workout is called The Lean Hybrid Muscle Workout. The Lean Hybrid Muscle Workout will teach amazing things about your body. It will take your body to another level when it comes down to burn that nasty fat that most guys get from eating crap all day long and drinking beers. Johnny Boy, this workout will make you stronger, leaner and faster in every way possible. It will take your confidence level up ten folds and anything that you thought you couldn’t do with your body and workouts before will become a reality.

Yea Dave this sounds really hard core. I really don’t think that I will be a good fit for this program.

John, listen brother I too was in your shoes. I too thought that this will never be me and that I would not last one day with these types of workouts. I am telling you John, it is all worth it. Look brother all you need is 30 minutes a day. Shit if you don’t have that at least start off with 15 minutes and then add time and reps.

Here is a great quote by a great man named Muhammad Ali “I hated every minute of training, but I said, “Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion” How do you feel now brother?

Dave you know what; you are right. I am going to get my ass off the couch and start living a different life today.

John I know that you are making the right choice. Now stop talking and take Action Brother. Go get The Lean Hybrid Muscle Workout and discover what I have been so fortunate to see. Don’t forget to pass this program along to someone else that really needs it; like I have passed it to you brother.

Thanks Dave.

Anytime John that is what friends are for.

For those of us who have tried one method after another with varying degrees of success, LHM offers something a little different. It has elements that should appeal to anyone serious about reshaping their body. You may have seen some of the exercises before. You may think you have enough knowledge in your noggin to fill a dozen notebooks on the subject. Or maybe you have never even smelled the inside of a gym in your life. Wherever you are in the training spectrum, you can always – always learn more. And deep down you know it all adds up to nothing unless you act upon that knowledge consistently. For my money the key motivation these days that sparks me into action is fun. Whether it comes from trying out some totally new moves, or challenging myself by using old moves in a new way, or striving to outdo my previous efforts, behind every grunting, sweat-drenched rep – there has to be a smile. I think this programme can serve that up big time.
Thanks for all you work – Jim

As a mom of two kids, I know what it is like to struggle with staying in shape. You never have time for yourself, so your workouts need to be quick and effective. I cannot spend 2 hours at the gym everyday! Besides who would want to? I have so many other things I would like to be doing, but I can’t do those things if I am over-weight and tired all the time. The Lean Hybrid Muscle workouts are a perfect workout because they are a combination of strength training and cardio. This means I can train for less time and still get amazing results. Plus, you will have an amazing amount of energy for everything you want to do. Even if you cannot afford a gym membership there is no excuse for not doing these workouts either since you only need a few pieces of equipment which you can keep at home. It is important that moms reserve time each day for exercise, it keeps you healthy and happy.

Wow this workout really helps to build muscle and condition it. I am not satisfied with a workout if it does’nt keep me feel till I go to sleep that I have really worked hard in the gym. Well this workout begins with Barbell squat which is a compound exercise and should be done at the beginning when a person is fresh. Its really good to start working out the back and the thighs which are big muscles. Then the overhead lunge which works out the shoulders along with the thighs. Then the chin ups which works out the lats and biceps very well. And then the burpees which is very good to boost your metabolism. This being a circuit it also burns Fats. In other words its a great workout.

At first when I tell people that I spend a lot of my off time in the gym they smile and nod as if I just told them I am a grandmother or something..they don’t realize how important it is for me to rebuild myself from the inside out.
It started with quitting smoking five years ago and pushing myself to do at least 20 miles a week, either on the treadmill or here in the mountains where I live and have been struggling to regain control of my body and my health. At 55 I spend at least 5 days in the gym working hard at what I know, but after seeing just a few of the videos you have left here I know that I’ve found the right way !! I knew that it wasn’t all about doing so many sets or reps, but the intensity and working your body hard, even if it means not getting on some machine.
I work overnights and it’s hard getting myself psyched to spend an hour or two at the gym after work, but now that I know that my gut instincts are right and I have your videos to guide me, I know things are going to change and fast!!

I’ll keep you posted on my improvements

thanks for everything !!

if i had to recommened the lean hybrid muscle program to a friend i would it told him straight up the truth. i gave it a shot not knowing what was i dealing with i never heard of this type of training. After the workout i felt strong, explosive and wanting more i needed more. it was like a drug. If you want to reach your goals whether it was to look good on the beach, preparing for a contest or to embarass your friends in the sport you are playing you got to get on this program. I told my friend you dont want to look big instaed of being strong and you dont want to be strong at the same time being on the heavy side so, my friend said “dude i want something a little of both” then i told him look bro that is the program its in the name hybrid training look at football players there strong explosive and they have to play four quaters of football so ofcourse they have endurance. My father said something to me before he left which actually changed my outlook on life he said “nothing is free in the world, nothing is free, you want the house, the car you got to work your butt off; you can stay home and live paycheck to paycheck but you got to get out live and work because your best years are ahead of you; winners never whine after a loss they simply look for more ways to get better and work hard at it”. It was a long speech my dad gave me but not a day goes by where i wanted to get bigger, faster and stronger so when the lean hybrid muscle program came out i was easily hooked and you should get on it too because you will have to work hard but the reward will be great just like one wise person told me “nothing is free”

I personally hate when people go on and on and on and on about workout they found or a website that sells stuff or gives “tips” So if some one was to ask me a question I would keep it simple.

2 huge guys published some stuff and without bragging for hours posted a quick workout for us to try and let me tell you it seems like its easy on paper but it makes you work your ass of at the gym and you will feel it right after your workout. The best thing is that you sweat your fat out during the workout and you feel bigger/stronger/ and healthier at the end.

At first I was skeptical being a “heard that, and done that”, type of workout before. Many of the programs gave me high to excdessively high expectations of the programs andtime requirred to cahieve those goals. I even had my son try them with me withno real world results. Since seeing this website and listening and watching the videos, it inspired me to start to work out again. As they say “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, so don’t expect rapid results, after all I have had my back fused and a 7 inch plate put into my ankle in under 5 years and gained some serious weight, going from 295 lbs to 345lbs because of the injuries sidelining my weight training for about those 5 years.
But now, since my son and I have started to experiment with a form of this program, he went from playing with the freshmen football team to the varsity team in just one season. He isn’t starting but the head coach has his eye on him. Also I have lost 7lbs in the two and a half weeks we have been doing this.
Thank you for giving me and my son a fighting chance.

Yesterday I did the Hybrid Workout and I honestly have to say, that it pulled me out of my resources. The 3-5 min break got me refilled AND tired. The Back Squats did their best so I had difficulties doing the DB Over Head Lunges (Maybe I used too much weight for the Lunges).
But I will stay to Workouts like this because I wanna get leaner. There are 10 pounds to be lost and until next year it should be done. I thank you guys so much for showing me some of the secrets of the Lean Hybrid Muscle Training! I’m a vegetarian so it’s difficult to find a good diet plan. Well, I think now, I just have to train harder! And put the word WORK back into WORKOUT.

Hi guys… im a semi-pro soccer player who is also a keen gym go’er. In the past, i did alot of bodybuilding workouts as i really wanted to look good with my top off!
As you guys know… i soon realised that lifting heavy weights in a controlled fashion for 10-12 reps and for 3-4 sets only builds “slow & bulky” muscle and is not beneficial for a sportsman!
So since gaining alot more knowledge with regards to training methods, i have focused my training on high intensity cardio and power workouts with equipment such as kettlebells, cables, etc. (with great results!)
So naturally… im really excited to hear about your lean hybrid muscle building programme. It really sounds like it can help me improve my performance and physique to allow me to move on into the pro level of soccer!

Thanks guys!

P.S – What is the name of that song playing in your “LHM competition video”?
